Buffalo Yogurt Dressing:
(Clean Eating Magazine: March 2011)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons Buffalo Sauce
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 onion
Salt
Pepper
Chop the onion some so it'll blend easier. Place everything in a blender. Mix unto it's a smooth consistency.
Serve on top of your salad!
