Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits. This cake is so moist and is perfect with a good cream cheese frosting. It was a very easy cake to make and most of the ingredients are pantry staples.

2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 #30 can crushed pineapple - do not drain
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts)

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup butter or margarine
1 ½ cup powdered sugar
